SWIM TEAM 101

Several new swimmers have registered recently, so I wanted to out a quick recap of everything to know as we kick off this season.

• Practices begin tomorrow (Wednesday) evening. Swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three or more practices per week. See attached practice schedule.
• Meets and Events are all posted on the team website and Swimtopia page.
  • Opening social is Saturday, 6-9p (Registration for food is closed, but all are welcome to attend!)
• Spirit Wear can be purchased and picked up from Louisville Sporting Goods.
• Team suits are available to try on and purchase at Swimville (11770 Shelbyville Rd.). Also check out the Suit Swap Facebook post.
• Each swimmer will receive a team shirt and swim cap to be distributed before the first meet.
• Meet declaration and volunteer jobs for the season will open tonight on Swimtopia at 8pm. Tutorial videos are posted on the Facebook page.
• Check out the attached Parent Orientation slide deck for in-depth details.
• Look for board members wearing yellow lanyards this week to answer specific questions!
