Hello again,

Coach Charlie has asked the team to declare early for Plainview, if at all possible. Plainview does it a little differently and we need to organize the meet earlier than usual.

Attached you will find the LSA Div 1 time standards for Quals. If you swimmer has a qualifying time for an event(s), they will be eligible to swim that event(s) at Quals. The top 14 (plus 2 alternates) from Quals will swim that event at Champs. (All swimmers are eligible to swim relays regardless of qualifying times. We have the chance to win a lot of points on relays!)

Take a look at where your swimmer is on their events and include notes on which events you'd like them to swim at Plainview. We're happy to answer any questions on Quals and Champs!

Volunteer Shifts
As we approach the 5th and final regular season swim meet, please ensure you have completed at least 3 volunteer shifts if your child has swum in every meet. If you have not yet met your volunteer requirement, please check Swimtopia for available jobs. If no jobs are listed, email Ashley Howlett at [email protected] and she will help you find a solution.

UPCOMING: If your child swims at Quals, you must sign up to work. If your child swims at Champs, you must work. These are additional required volunteer positions and do not count toward the 3 regular season shifts.
